Palina Louangketh

Palina Louangketh comes from over 22 years in the healthcare industry. Her experiences in strategic leadership, change management, quality and process improvement, and consulting make her a natural project manager. An alumna of Boise State University, she completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science. Committed to her Bronco roots, she teaches as an adjunct professor. Louangketh is a 3rd year doctoral student in the Doctor of Strategic Leadership Program at Regent University, School of Business and Leadership (Virginia Beach, VA).
As a former refugee from Laos and founder of the IMID, she is passionate about helping others find their inspirations. Her mother’s courageous decision to flee Laos led her family of three on a dangerous journey that would later bring them to Boise, ID in 1981 where she, her brother and mother were awarded U.S. citizenship in 1986.
